Product Return Policy

At JLCMC, we check every order for accuracy. However, When you encounter the following problems, please notify our team immediately.


1. The product is in Shortage: Shortage must be reported within 7 days upon receipt; and if so reported, JLCMC will make up shortages at its cost.

2. The product is damaged or defective: If parts are found to be damaged or defective, please notify JLCMC within 7 days of the delivery date. We will get a replacement out to you right away at no additional charge, and provide prepaid return shipping.


If you need to return the products, please contact our Customer Service Department via email at support@jlcpcb.com. Please attach the order number, picture, video, related text description, and any return needs. Returns must be requested within 7 days after receipt of goods. Buyer must get return authorization in writing. JLCMC must approve returns and exchanges in writing.

1. Buyers shall comply with the following terms when returning products:

2. Pack all of the item(s) securely in the original product packaging.

3. Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.

4. All returned items must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging.

5. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

6. Restocking fees may be charged when encountering the following problems: merchandise is returned in an open box, in a badly damaged box, without the original box it came in, or returned without all the original packaging, instructions, accessories, etc.


Non-Returnable Items:


1. If the product is produced or purchased according to the specific requirements of the customer (including cut tubing lengths, crimped hose assemblies, and any customized products, etc.), and they are not a quality problem, the mall has the right to refuse to accept it;

2. Additional processed products, non-standard customized products (including range parts, customized parts, crimpers, dies, etc.), and products produced according to specific customer requirements cannot be returned after being placed in the mall.


Cancellations and Change Orders:


JLCMC must be notified of all cancellations or change orders. If it becomes necessary to cancel or revise an order prior to the order being shipped, JLCMC reserves the right to evaluate each order that is to be canceled or revised and determine if any charges are applicable.
