Product Description
The Aluminum Box is widely used in the electronics industry, typically for protecting and housing electronic devices, mechanical components, or other sensitive items. It consists of three main parts: the box body, front and rear panels, and eight screws. The interior of the box features a PCB slot or other optional fixing methods, facilitating the flexible mounting of circuit boards and components. The surface is treated with sandblasting or brushing followed by anodizing. After treatment, the surface can be customized with text and logos using laser engraving or UV printing.
Product Features
1.Lightweight: The density of aluminum is 2.7 g/cm³, which is only 1/3 of that of iron (7.8) or copper (8.9). Under the same volume, an aluminum alloy casing can achieve a much lighter weight, significantly reducing the overall weight of the equipment for easy portability and installation.
2.High Strength: The tensile strength of 6063 aluminum alloy is ≥175 MPa, the yield strength is ≥130 MPa, and the hardness is ≥65 HBW, effectively protecting the safety of internal equipment and components. Compared to plastic casings, aluminum profiles are more capable of withstanding external impacts and compressions, effectively preventing equipment damage.
3.Excellent Heat Dissipation: The thermal conductivity of 6063 aluminum alloy is approximately 166-201 (W/mK), which can quickly transfer the heat generated inside the equipment to the surface of the casing and dissipate it through natural or forced ventilation, maintaining the normal operation of the equipment.
4.Good Electromagnetic Shielding Characteristics: It serves as an effective barrier against EMF and radio frequency radiation (RFI).
