Order Status
Sign in to your JLCMC account, click Order History. This will take you to a page where your previously placed orders will be listed, along with their current status.
You can see the status of your order in the Order Status column. Click Order Details to learn more.
Once you submit your order, please complete the payment within three days, or your order will be cancelled automatically.
Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an e-mail advising you of the shipping status of your order and its tracking number. You can also use our website to track your parcel by clicking Shipment Tracking.
And you can check the logistics information and delivery address of the order in the order details, and download the sales contract and invoice.
