How to Top-Up your JLCMC Balance
1.Log in JLCMC
Log in to your JLCMC account and navigate to the "My Account" section on the right side.
2. Submit your JLC Balance Top-up requirement.
Payment on the left sidebar, find the JLC Balance option, and then enter your top-up details in the form on the right. *Please note that a minimum top-up amount of $150 USD is required for each transaction.
Note: The use of a payment password is a mandatory prerequisite for all transactions conducted via JLC Balance. Users are required to establish this password to proceed.
3. Payment Information Required
Enter the amount and click 'Top-up'. You will then see the application details page, which contains our bank information and the required fields for your transfer, as depicted in the following exhibit.
4. Important Transfer Instructions
Please review the following requirements before proceeding with your bank transfer:
(1) Remittance Amount & Service Fee
A $15 service fee is applied to each transfer to cover associated banking charges. Please ensure the total amount you send (Remittance Amount) includes this fee so that the final amount received equals your intended top-up value.
*Example: For a $150 top-up, the total Remittance Amount must be $165.
(2) Restricted Banks
For technical reasons, we are unable to accept payments originating from the following financial institutions. Please use an alternative bank for your transaction.

5. Submit Your Payment Proof
Once the bank transfer is complete, please provide your bank details and upload a copy of the transaction receipt. This is required for us to verify and process your payment.
(1) When Will My Funds Arrive?
Once we receive your payment, we will process and credit your JLC balance within 1-2 days. The initial bank transfer to us typically takes 1-7 business days to complete.
(2) How to Use My JLC Balance?
To complete your order, select 'JLC Balance' as your payment method, confirm the amount, and enter your payment password.
6. View Transactions & Refund Policy
All JLC Balance transactions are recorded on your "All Transactions" page. Please note that if an order is cancelled, the funds will be automatically refunded to your JLC Balance account.
