How to Use the Custom Parts Quote Feature

1. BOM Upload

Use this function to upload your complete requirement spreadsheet in one action, saving you time from manual entry.

· Supported Formats: .xlsx, .xls, .csv, .pdf
· How to use:
 1. Click the “Upload BOM” button.
 2. Select your file from your computer.
 3. The system will automatically map and fill in available data.

2. Customer Parts

Enter the reference product model or identifier from your side or a competitor's product you are using as a benchmark.

· Purpose: Helps us understand your performance or specification baseline.

3. JLCMC Parts

If you are aware of any existing JLC product models (e.g., from our website catalog) that are similar to your needs, list them here.

· Purpose: Accelerates the matching and quotation process.

4. Production Description

Provide detailed technical and production requirements for your desired product.
Include information such as:

· Manufacturing process
· Technical specifications & tolerances
· Material type/finish
· Special testing or certification requirements

5. Category

Select the product category from JLCMC’s official website that best matches your item.

· Purpose: Ensures your request is directed to the correct engineering team.

6. Quantity

Specify your expected order volume.
You may indicate:

· Sample quantity
· Prototype quantity
· Estimated monthly/annual volume

7. Remark

Add any additional notes or special instructions you want our team to consider.
Examples:

· Project timeline/urgency
· Preferred shipping method
· Questions about capabilities or materials

8. Attachment

Upload supporting files to provide clearer specifications.
Accepted file types include:

· Technical drawings (.dwg, .step, .pdf)
· Datasheets
· Images or sketches
· Reference standards or documents
