The JLCMC Referral Program allows registered users to invite new customers to the JLC platform and receive coupon rewards when referral milestones are completed. This guide provides an overview of the program, including eligibility, referral process, rewards, and important participation rules. Who Can Participate?
Referrers
Any registered user of the JLC platform may participate, including both individual and business accounts across the following business lines:
Referred Users
The referred user must be a new JLC customer who has never registered an account on the JLC platform.
To maintain the fairness and integrity of the program, JLC determines new user eligibility using reasonable verification methods based on its account records and technical information, such as registered email address, phone number, device identifiers, IP address, and other necessary technical measures. This verification is performed solely for fraud prevention and program administration in accordance with applicable laws and privacy requirements.
How the Referral Program Works
- Sign in to your JLC account and copy your unique referral link from the JLCMC Referral Program page.
- Share your referral link through eligible channels such as email or social media.
- When a new user registers through your referral link, the referral is successfully recorded.
- When the referred user completes their first qualifying order, the referral is considered complete and the corresponding reward will be issued automatically.
What Is a Qualifying Order?
A qualifying order must:
- Meet the minimum payment amount specified on the promotion page (excluding shipping fees).
- Be successfully completed without cancellation or refund.
Referral Rewards
You may earn rewards at two referral milestones:

Rewards are automatically issued to your Coupon Center after each milestone is completed.
Coupon type, value, minimum spend, validity period, and applicable scope are subject to the information published on the official promotion page.
Coupon Terms
Please note the following:
- Coupons can only be applied to eligible orders.
- Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
- Only one coupon may be used per order.
- Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons.
- Expired coupons cannot be restored or extended.
Tracking Your Referrals
You can monitor your referral activity in the Referral Program section of your User Center, including:
- Registration status
- First qualifying order status
- Reward status
All referral records and reward information are based on JLC's system records.
If you believe there is an error regarding your referral records or rewards, please contact Customer Service within 7 business days and provide any supporting information. JLC will review the case and respond within 10 business days.
Program Rules
To ensure a fair experience for all participants, the following activities are prohibited:
- Self-referrals
- Fake or multiple account registrations
- Misleading or false promotional content
- Repeated or fraudulent referrals
- Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the referral program
If fraudulent or abusive behavior is identified, JLC reserves the right to revoke rewards, terminate participation, restrict account access or features, and take further action where permitted by applicable laws.
Program Updates
The JLCMC Referral Program is an ongoing promotion unless otherwise announced.
JLC may modify the program rules, reward structure, coupon benefits, or other campaign details based on operational or business needs. Any updates will become effective once published on the official promotion page.
If the program is discontinued, new referrals will no longer be eligible for rewards. However, any coupons that have already been issued may continue to be used until their expiration date.
Disclaimer
JLC is not responsible for referral failures, delayed reward issuance, or other interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, network interruptions, device failures, or system maintenance.
JLC will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues where possible. However, rewards cannot be reissued if they cannot be claimed or used due to user-related reasons, such as account loss or incorrect account information.
