1. When the load changes during operation, a cylinder with sufficient output force should be selected;

2. Under high temperature or corrosive conditions, corresponding high temperature resistant or corrosion resistant cylinders should be selected;

3. In the case of high humidity, high dust, water droplets, oil dust, or welding slag, the cylinder should take necessary protective measures;

4. Before the cylinder is connected to the pipeline, the internal debris of the pipeline must be cleared to prevent debris from entering the cylinder;

5. The medium used in the cylinder should be filtered through a filter element with a diameter of 40 μm or above before use;

6. In a low-temperature environment, antifreeze measures should be taken to prevent the water in the system from freezing;

7. The cylinder should be tested with no load before use. Before operation, adjust the buffer to the minimum and gradually relax it to avoid excessive impact and damage to the cylinder;

8. The cylinder should avoid side loads as much as possible during operation to maintain normal operation of the cylinder and extend its service life;

9. If the cylinder is removed and not used for a long time, pay attention to rust prevention on the surface and add dustproof caps to the inlet and exhaust ports.
