JLCMC Additional machining is an optional machining service available on select catalog products. Additional Machining adds a second tab — right next to Configure — where you can select extra machining operations on top of your Standard Part. Choose your operation, enter your parameters — offset distance from end face, groove width, key depth — and the unit price updates instantly. No drawing submission, no quote request, no waiting.

No. Customizable parts follow JLCMC's standard no-MOQ policy; a single unit can be ordered with machining applied.
How is pricing calculated?
The machining cost is added to the unit price automatically based on the operation and parameters selected. The price shown before adding to cart is final, with no post-order adjustments.
Does it affect lead time?
Lead time varies by operation and product and is displayed after configuration.
Can multiple operations be combined on one part?
Where supported, yes — for example, a flat cut and a keyway on the same shaft. Available combinations are shown on the product page; not all combinations are supported on every size.
