1. If you have requirements for rust prevention, please give priority to products with electroless nickel plating or stainless steel.

2. About inner diameter accuracy

It is recommended to use a guide shaft support and a guide shaft (standard g6/f8) together.

For open type, the mounting hole D is processed to a tolerance of H7 and then the opening is processed. It may increase to around H8 due to processing.

3. Relationship between inner diameter (D dimension) and guide length (L·T dimension)

(1) Standard type: Approximate standard: L·T＝D×1.3 or less

(2) Long guide type/thickened type: rough standard: L·T＝D×1.3～2.0, partial L＞D×2.

Note: Compared with the standard type, the long guide type/thickened type has higher rigidity and greater support force due to the longer contact length with the guide shaft.

4. About manufacturing methods

(1) Guide shaft supports include "machined type" and "cast type".

(2) Compared with machine-casting molds, casting molds are cheaper, have a certain draft angle, and have a slightly rough surface, which does not affect the normal use of the workpiece.
