Precautions for using embedded linear motor modules:

① All components of the embedded linear motor module have been precisely installed and debugged. Do not disassemble them by yourself;

② The embedded linear motor module must be locked to the base plate when cantilevering, and the base alone is not allowed to bear force;

③ The embedded linear motor module is suitable for point-to-point motion, but not suitable for trajectory interpolation positioning motion;

④ The flatness of the installation base of the embedded linear motor module shall not exceed 0.05mm/1000mm;

⑤ The embedded linear motor module requires regular oiling and maintenance. It is recommended to add grease every 400km of operation;

⑥ The embedded linear motor module cannot be used for applications with small speed fluctuations such as linear scanning:

Mechanical accuracy of embedded linear motors

① The walking straightness of the sliding tabletop measured with a marble ruler: ±10μm/300mm

② Running flatness of surface B relative to surface A (traveling height fluctuation): ±10μm/300mm

③ Straightness of C surface (encoder scale surface): 20μm/300mm

(Note: All accuracies are based on the locking test of marble base surface with flatness ≤ 5μm)

Lubrication and maintenance

When using a linear motion system, good lubrication must be provided. If used without lubrication, the rolling parts will wear faster and their service life will be shortened.

There is a grease nozzle on the side of the sliding table of the embedded base rail. You can use a grease gun to regularly add grease (AFG) through the grease nozzle. If you need to add grease, you should use a grease gun to add grease in sequence. It is recommended to add grease every 600km of operation. The grease method is shown in the figure:

Lubrication precautions:

① Please avoid mixing different lubricants. Due to differences in additives, they may have adverse effects on each other.

② When using the product in special environments such as places where vibrations are common, clean rooms, or low or high temperatures, use grease that matches the environment.

③ After greasing is completed, excess grease may splash around, so please wipe it off as needed.

Storage

① If the embedded base rail has not been used for a long time, take anti-rust measures for the rail;

② When storing the embedded base rail, please store it horizontally indoors in the factory packaging and avoid high temperature, low temperature and highly humid environment.

③ If the product is stored for a long time, the lubricant inside may deteriorate over time. Please add lubricant before use.
