The advantages of all-ceramic bearings over steel bearings are:

1, Higher temperatures: Ceramic materials maintain their mechanical properties at high temperatures and can therefore be used in high-temperature applications. Zirconia can be used at 750ºC and silicon nitride at 1050ºC;

2. Resistant to acid, alkali, and salt corrosion, so they can be used in chemical corrosive applications. In corrosive environments, the average life of all-ceramic bearings is more than 10 times that of steel bearings;

4, Better resistance to galling and seizing: This is because the coefficient of thermal expansion of ceramics is smaller than that of steel, which helps to reduce thermal deformation and thus improve galling resistance;

5, Oil-free operation: Ceramics are self-lubricating and can also be lubricated with a medium, so they can be used in high-vacuum applications where lubrication is inconvenient;

6, Can be used in the requirements of electrical insulation, no static electricity occasions: our production of ceramics is not conductive, no static electricity, will not produce steel bearings of the phenomenon of current ablation;

7, Can be used in magnetic environments: Ceramics are non-magnetic, so magnetic foreign objects or abrasive particles do not easily adhere to the grooves, reducing abrasive wear.
