When assembling bearings, the most basic requirement is to make the added axial force, directly acting on the end face of the collar of the mounted bearing (mounted on the shaft, so that the added axial force should be directly acting on the inner ring, mounted on the hole so that the added force should be directly acting on the outer ring). Try not to affect the rolling body. Assembly methods are hammering method, press assembly method, hot assembly method, frozen assembly method, etc..

1、Hammering method

With a hammer pad on the copper rod and some of the softer materials and then hammering method, be careful not to make the copper end and other foreign objects fall into the bearing raceway, do not directly use the hammer or punch directly hit the inner and outer rings of the bearings, so as not to affect the precision of the bearings with the bearings or cause damage to the bearings.

2、Screw press or hydraulic press assembly method

For bearings with large interference tolerances, they can be assembled with a screw press or hydraulic press. Before pressing, the shaft and bearing should be leveled and coated with a little lubricant, the pressing-in speed should not be too fast, and the pressure should be withdrawn quickly after the bearing is in place to prevent damage to the bearing or shaft.

3、Hot loading method

Hot loading method is to put the bearing in the oil heated to 80 ℃ -100 ℃, so that the bearing bore expansion and set to the shaft, can prevent the shaft and bearing from damage. For the bearings with dust cap and sealing ring, the internal has been filled with grease is not applicable to the hot installation method.
