1. Stainless steel self-drilling screws require a special electric drill (recommended power 600W).

2. Adjust the drill's positioner to a suitable position to ensure that the screw is drilled into the correct position. Check the drill's speed:

When using 410 screws of 3.5 (6#); 3.9 (7#); 4.2 (8#); 4.8 (10#), make sure the drill speed is between 1800 and 2500 rpm;

When using 5.5 (12#) or 6.3 (14#) 410 screws, ensure that the drill speed is between 1000 and 1800 rpm.

When using 304 screws of 3.5 (6#); 3.9 (7#); 4.2 (8#); 4.8 (10#), make sure the drill speed is between 1500 and 2000 rpm;

When using 5.5 (12#) or 6.3 (14#) 410 screws, ensure that the drill speed is between 1000 and 1500 rpm.

3. Select a suitable socket or cross bit and install it on the electric drill; then connect the screws.

4. During installation, the screws and electric drill must be perpendicular to the surface of the corrugated steel plate; turn on the power switch; and create a center point with force.

5. Use your hands to apply a force of about 13 kg on the electric drill; ensure that the force and the center point are on the same vertical line.

6. Turn on the power switch; do not stop halfway; stop drilling immediately after the screw is in place (to prevent inadequate drilling and over-drilling).
