Different sizes of stainless steel blind rivets should have corresponding riveting holes, otherwise they will loosen. Generally, the hole diameter should be 0.1-0.2mm larger than the diameter of the blind rivet. If it is larger than 0.2mm, it may loosen.

3) In the blind rivet connection, if the standard electrode potential difference between the two materials in contact is large (such as the contact between the aluminum nail body and the steel plate or the contact between the aluminum nail body and the steel nail core), serious electrochemical corrosion will occur. The solution to this problem is to choose appropriate rivet coatings or take appropriate isolation measures between the connecting parts, such as adding gaskets, painting, and applying protective glue. Under normal circumstances, when the standard electrode potential difference between the two materials does not exceed 0.5V, they can be safely in contact.

4) In some parts related to the safety of product operation, such as some parts of engines, motors or gas turbines, or parts of electrical products where short circuits may cause serious accidents, if individual parts of the blind rivets are damaged (such as the residual core in the rivet body, which falls off under intense impact and vibration), the residues may fall into the running mechanism, then blind rivets should not be used for connection.
